Giorgio boasts a consolidated experience in investment banking, built over more than thirty years of activity at some of the leading Italian investment banks and financial institutions, with a focus on M&A transactions, IPOs and financial restructurings.
After an initial experience at Motta & Co., a renowned business law firm advising some of the most prominent Italian entrepreneurial families, he joined Euromobiliare Corporate Finance, where he mainly focused on M&A transactions.
He later continued his professional path at Sopaf, where he remained active in the M&A field.
He subsequently joined Mediobanca, where he broadened his scope by working on M&A, IPO and financial restructuring transactions.
Upon completing his experience at Mediobanca, he founded Finer, a business advisory boutique dedicated to family businesses, with a particular focus on generational transitions and shareholder reorganizations.
Finally, he joined Case Cassiopea, an international boutique specializing in domestic and cross- border M&A transactions.
Giorgio holds a degree in Electronic Engineering with a management focus from Politecnico di Milano and is a member of Ned Community, the Italian association of non-executive and independent directors.
