Owner of the law firm Galeone & Partners, he has extensive experience in civil law, corporate law, and contract law, with a particular focus on M&A transactions, corporate restructurings, and corporate governance.
He operates in a strategic area that includes the Tissue Valley, the world's leading district in the paper industry, and the Nautical District, an international hub for luxury shipbuilding. In this context, he served as legal counsel to Tissue Italy, the network of the 12 leading companies in the mechanical engineering and logistics sectors for paper mills.
In parallel, he works as a civil and commercial mediator and has held positions in both Italian and foreign companies, in addition to having served as legal counsel in insolvency proceedings and bankruptcy trusteeships.
Formerly a teaching assistant in Transport and Navigation Law at the University of Pisa, he has also contributed to training projects and taken part in conferences of national and international significance.
