Giammarco Maria Pellegrino began his career at Deloitte Financial Advisory in 2015, working on valuations in support of M&A transactions.
In 2018 he joined the Investment Banking team at Banca Akros (Banco BPM Group) as an Associate. He was later promoted to Vice President and worked on numerous M&A and Equity Capital Markets transactions.
In 2022 he joined Vitale & Co. as Vice President, later becoming Director. There he advised on numerous buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions for private equity funds and industrial clients.
For seven years he also taught at Bocconi University, as an adjunct lecturer and as a teaching assistant in Corporate Finance.
Since July 2026 he has served as Director at Meti Corporate Finance.
