Meti Corporate Finance supported Green Arrow Capital by carrying out the following activities: (i) assistance in the study and structuring phases of the transaction, (ii) support in coordinating due diligence activities, (iii) preparation of marketing documentation related to the transaction, and (iv) assistance in negotiations
