Founded in 1881 and headquartered in Carmagnola, Pasta Berruto is a pasta producer that targets both modern trade and Ho.Re.Ca. channels, as well as Industrial clients
The Company boasts a strong international presence with over 90% of its revenues generated abroad, selling both private label and branded products in more than 100 countries
Pasta Berruto ended FY23 with strong financial results, reporting revenues of €62m and an EBITDA of €9m (implied EBITDA margin equal to 15%)

The transaction was completed through the vehicle Fondo Italiano Agri&Food, a sector-specific fund launched by Fondo Italiano d’Investimento SGR (with a committed capital of €225m) to support the Italian agri-food sector
