Graduated in Economics and Commerce, he has gained over 20 years of experience in the sectors of strategic business consulting and institutional relations, both in leading Italian and international companies, in the Aviation, Construction & Infrastructure and Energy sectors.
The most significant experiences include:
- Director of Strategies and Development at Lutec, a Lucchini Group’s company, coordinating the activities for the granting of the award related to the project "Lombardia Informatica" worth €50m
- Strategy and Development Director of the Toto Group (Toto Costruzioni, Strada dei parchi
concessionaria autostrade, Toto Energia, Air One), for which he managed the sell-side of Air One to Alitalia (€1bn) and the development of renewable energy projects
- Advisor for U. Quadrino (CEO - Edison), supporting corporate strategies and the development of industrial projects with responsibility for public relations; he also worked at the acquisition by EDF of A2A’s stake in Edison (50%, €2bn).
- Advisor for Ubi Banca, in the field of Investment banking deals, related to Energy, Utilities and
Infrastructures sectors.
- Vice-President of E-Gap
In 2009 he founded M.&M. Consulting, a strategic consulting boutique/ M&A Advisory for leading firms, focused on sustainability and energy transition
He currently holds the roles of: Senior Advisor of En.IT and Seri Industrial; shareholder and legal representative of Thinking Matter (innovative start-up in the field of technological innovation applied to automotive and logistics); Chairman of the Board of Directors of Sirtec (a leading Italian company active in engineering services for large infrastructures nationally and internationally)
