Federico has over twenty years of experience in business management, supported by strong expertise in corporate finance and private equity.
Throughout his career, he has held top management positions in both entrepreneurial and international environments, leading M&A transactions, corporate reorganizations, and industrial development plans. Moreover, he has worked with entrepreneurs, investment funds, and industrial groups on strategic initiatives, with a particular focus on post-acquisition integration, business expansion, and operational management.
In parallel, Federico has gained significant experience in institutional and cultural settings, serving on the boards of educational institutions and as a member of the Council for the United States and Italy.
Federico currently holds the position of Senior Advisor at Meti, focusing on the identification and enhancement of high-potential companies. He is also a member of the “Friends of Aspen” group of Aspen Institute Italia.
