Gregorio is the founder of the law firm “Gitti and Partners” , where he holds the position of Managing Partner . He is full professor of civil law at the University of Milan , and he served as independent jurist for prestigious financial and banking institutions and public and private entities.
Throughout his career he was involved in several corporate finance and privatization transactions supporting companies, banks and financial institutions in the study and closing of M&A deals.
Over the years he gained relevant experience in the utilities’ space . He advised some of the most significant Italian multiutilities companies in M&A and ECM transactions .
Lastly, he has been involved in the establishment of one of the most important Italian Family Offices, assisting them in the diversification of their investments.
