Tommaso started his career at Mediobanca in 2000 in the Coverage and Corporate Finance team with main focus M&A
In 2006 he moved to UBS where he worked in the Investment Banking team and specialized later on in the Consumer & Retail sector (before in Milan and after in the London office). He gradually widened his activities, covering new products and following an ever-growing number of Italian and European customers
In 2011, he moved to Banca IMI, where he served as Managing Director. First in the London office where he was part of the team for international development of the Investment Banking divisions and later in Milan, where he focused on the ECM activities contributing significantly to the development of the SPAC in Italy.
In 2017, he was appointed Board Member in Ideami, the first SPAC sponsored by Institutions such as Intesa Sanpaolo and Dea Capital and with a raised capital of €250m.
In 2018 he moved to UBI Banca as Co-Head of Corporate Finance, whereby he took responsibilities for the M&A, ECM and DCM activities at the same time working on the development of the franchise.
In 2021 he was appointed CEO and Head of Investment Banking of the Italian branch of Alantra
Since January 2023, he has been working as Managing Director of Meti Corporate Finance
